Mounted on a column and operated remotely from the control desk, Scrap Poker boasts a solenoid-controlled hydraulic system for precise boom movement, providing maximum working range. Its rotation is facilitated by a toothed gear slewing ring, powered by an electric motor. Typically, two pokers with a shared hydraulic system are employed for one set of induction melting systems, featuring one Power Supply Unit and two Furnaces.
